Started looking at a few houses this week. Spoke with a few wholesalers and most of the new groups out there don’t have much better deals than I can get off the MLS. Found a really nice house near a local beach that would be a great rehab. The house has a newer roof and siding. The inside needs some work. A redesigned, functional kitchen is needed, as is a better placement of the only bathroom. Right now, you must walk from the second floor bedrooms downstairs and thru the kitchen to get to it. Not vary functional or attractive. The house has tons of potential, just depends on the acquisition price is. We shall see what happens.
